1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Paws & Grooming ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Paws & Grooming is a pet grooming business management platform that provides scheduling, route optimization, client management, payment processing, and reporting tools for pet grooming professionals.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to managing a pet grooming business. You may not use the Service to store or transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' access.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including client profiles, appointment records, and business information. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Data Export
You may export your data at any time in CSV format. Upon account deletion, we will provide a final export opportunity before permanently removing your data.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Google Maps (routing), and email delivery services. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
