- Account Information: Name, email address, business name, phone number, and business address provided during registration
- Client Data: Client names, contact information, pet profiles, and appointment history that you enter into the platform
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers
- Usage Data: How you interact with the platform to improve our services (page views, feature usage)
- Location Data: Service area and appointment addresses for route optimization (mobile groomers only)
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Paws & Grooming platform and its features
- To process payments and generate invoices through Stripe
- To send appointment reminders and notifications to you and your clients
- To optimize driving routes for mobile grooming appointments
- To generate business reports and analytics for your dashboard
- To communicate platform updates and support responses
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains PCI DSS Level 1 certification. We implement regular security audits and access controls.
Client Data Ownership
You own all client and pet data entered into Paws & Grooming. You can export your data at any time in CSV format. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
- Google Maps: Route optimization and address geocoding
- Resend: Transactional email delivery (appointment reminders, invoices)
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service improvement.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
